I booked an appointment within a few days, and it made all the difference. Stacy broke the process into manageable steps, including lead safety, and helped me understand the likely history of my windows. She created a custom plan that gave me a clear framework to follow. This gave me the confidence and momentum to start. Her videos on her website were also incredibly helpful, allowing me to refer back to particular steps as I was doing them.
