Progress

Everything is moving along at its appropriate snail’s pace. As per NY law, we have an attorney for the homebuying process. I am not sure why an attorney is required in this state, but I am happy that a separate bunch of attorneys are actually the executors of the estate for the EA property. All of them can quibble over the details, and Andy and I can just sign stacks of paperwork and keep our fingers crossed.

Our original loan package fell apart as I expected it to. I wasn’t being negative, just realistic. It looks like we can approach it a different way, so on we go. We are moving one step closer to the fixer-upper of our dreams.
