Yesterday was the final walk-through. We sign the papers tomorrow. I joked with our real estate agent that I didn’t know why we were even doing a final walk-through. All of the broken stuff was still broken. There were no negotiated repair items for follow-up.
There is so much to do, but so many things are right about this home too.
The electrician has been scheduled for the 3rd week of June. I will call plumbers on Monday. The process of progress has begun.

Had the house been sitting empty or were there people living in it? Because if it was empty then it’s true, a final walk through wouldn’t have been really necessary. Maybe they just like to dot their I’s and cross their T’s?
